Dwayne you delivered your service to my home three years ago providing me me with three security doors and at the best price quoted out of three quotes I received in Rockingham, W.A.
I called you back due to a incident with a very scared /worried dog from somewhere that ran straight through my fly screen and needed help to fix and you and Heidi have matching the two other quotes.
Doing it in a shorter time frame but above all this recognised a manufacturer problem with the previous door you installed for me and told me you would have it corrected. That is something that I at 62 years old have not seen in years, someone a company standing by their work and product and willing to correct it, those days and those people I don’t see much these days and I thank you and Heidi for being professional and any one out there who needs a Security door or work carried out by this company give them a go as there is not many local companies these days that I have experienced that still stand by there work or quality of there product.
